Back in 2018, I was commissioned by BBC Scotland to create two short documentary pieces for their web series 'This is Life'.
For my first piece I decided to focus on the life of a farmer on the West Coast of Scotland, shedding light on the trials and tribulations of working in such remote conditions. I spent a couple of days with Duncan Semple who proudly showed me the day-to-day workings of Dippen Farm, a livestock farm in beautiful Carradale.

My second piece for the series focussed on Bass Rock, a small island in the outer part of the Firth of Forth on the east coast of Scotland, home to the country’s largest colony of northern gannets.
This piece has been widely shared, amassing over 1.2million views on Facebook alone as well as being featured on BBC Earth online.
